Diet Tips : Weight Loss Success Stories

I was a student of one of State University and here I want to share weigh loss success stories experienced by me. Having fat body make me feel shame as in teen-age when anything good is experienced, I have obesity instead. Some friends who are obese also sometimes have the unpleasant smell of sweat. Therefore, I have a fear if my fat body will produce sweat smell which can lead to discomfort when I was near my friends. Here is my story of weigh loss success.

Diet Planning And Action
The first secret of my weight loss success stories is planning a diet program that will I do. Because I still do not know how to do a good diet, I look for diet guide through the internet. We need to be careful because there are some extreme diet programs that in fact make the body ill. Therefore, because diet is the first in my life, then I looking for a diet guide that firstly is easy to do. Once accustomed to my diet program, little by little I increase the portion of my diet.

After that, the weight loss success stories I want to talked is reduce the portion of my meal. Indeed, the frequency of my eating is still 3 times a day. I reduce the size of the meal into half than usual. Then, I reduce the frequency of eating instant noodles were originally 3x a week to 1x a week. I usually like to have snack but because of diet, I replace my snack with fruit. I was also more frequent consuming milk and juice instead of coffee or soda.

Success diet stories can not only about reducing the size of the meal. In order to have the best results, it would be better if it is balanced with regular exercise. A regular sport also is the secret of weight loss success stories. Perform light but regular exercise. Sports that I do are light exercise such as jogging for 30 minutes every 4 p.m. Besides regulate eating and exercise, keep the mind in order to stay positive is also an important thing. After diet about 5 months, my weight dropped to 8 pounds. Now, with my slim body, I feel confident wearing any clothes as my fashion style.
Weight loss success stories of me are a good experience that I want to share to all people. It will be helpful if it inspire and motivate people.
