The first period of eating for five times eating is in the morning, middle time around 9 am and the lunch time. Remember to keep your portion low.
The next portions of the “eat to lose weight” methods are taken around 3 am and the last is eating for dinner. This will make you be able to avoid bad craving for food and your appetite will be controllable. For six times eat, you can eat before you sleep as in sleeping, the metabolism will be run slowly and when you are waking up, you will feel less hungry and be able to avoid craving for food in the morning.
